My Approach

At Balanced Minds Counselling you're encouraged to fully explore your thoughts and feelings. We work together to find the right pace for painful disclosures. I work to help you maintain your sense of yourself and your strengths as you face problems that seem insurmountable, or overcome impacts of a past event.  I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, giving careful consideration to other demands in your life, and what you feel you're up for at any given time.

Services

I've worked with a wide range of people and challenges. Among my specialties are   parenting neurodiverse children, ADHD coaching, couples therapy, burnout support for mid-life women, healing from past abuse, and grief counselling. You can request a free 20-min consult to see if the challenge your facing is the right fit for my areas of practice.
